Rain, rain, rain
thunderstorms and heavy rains nearly every day
but no flooding, thank God.

Blood glucose running in the 120's instead of 140's since I stopped the Hctz.

Family gathering at Deep Creek Lake is over and was a success.

Incubator is finished, with plans made for reunion a couple months from now.
All in all, it was a valuable experience, although the days were very long and I got weary with it at times. Now comes the struggle to incorporate some of what I learned into leadership in the local congregations: small rural congregations.
